NEW IN.....19TH CENTURY CHEST OF DRAWERS WITH MUSIC DECOUPAGE...and HEIRLOOM CHESTS OF DRAWERS

We have just started decorating
 our Victorian Chests of drawers
 with music.
Vintage sheet music completely covering a chest of drawers
or with gilt or painted trim, as seen here.

Now, the great thing about this idea is.....
it has enormous and exciting potential
to use all sorts of documents.

We can work on a chest of drawers with
a customer's own documents,
 photographs and memorabilia.

Wedding gifts
Special Anniversaries
Big birthdays

the whole family can work together
to organise the perfect
"Heirloom Chest"

something to bring great joy to the recipient

but also..

something to pass onto future generations

They can all sort through old
photographs,
birth, marriage certificates,
family trees
postcards

scraps of paper with special messages
written on,
by a loved one....

We wont use the originals,
as good photocopies would suffice.

We will decorate a chest of drawers,
or other vintage item,
age it using varnish and craquelure
and mellow it down to look as if its always been there.

Likewise, should you want to learn to do this yourself,
Arundel Eccentrics
are taking details now, for anyone
who would like to come on a course and learn
how to paint, decorate and finish furniture in a vintage way.
