On and Off The High Street
For such a small town Arundel boasts
a huge diverse collection of antique shops.
Well, of course, there is the beautiful and internationally known,
Spencer Swaffer shop on the High Street.
Then there’s Bridge Antiques Centre,
Then there’s Bridge Antiques Centre,
Arundel Antique Buyers also in the High Street.
Antiquites and Nineveh House,
the converted chapel, can be found in Tarrant Street.
Is that it?
Oh no, no, no, my friend, that’s by far not it.
That’s just for starters.
Look beyond the main Arundel streets and
you will find a cornucopia of antiques warehouses.
Let’s start with The Old Brewery Antiques Warehouses.
Hidden down a little alley, behind Arundel’s Co-op
are the last remaining warehouses of the 19th
They house three large antiques showrooms.

Then there’s Steve Lawrence at Harmony Antiques,
with a collection of English and French decorative antiques.
Next door are husband and wife team

New York City here we come
At last booked to go and stay with friends in NYC.
Cant wait.
We recently visited our boy Jay and his lovely family in California.
How wonderful to wake to the sun every morning.
And to meet our grandchild for the first time was a real joy.
