Arundel Eccentrics
Husband and wife, Nass and Brenda, live and work in the beautiful,
historic town of Arundel, West Sussex in the UK
Their company, Arundel Eccentrics, established 25 years ago,
is based in a warehouse
just 5 minutes walk from the High Street.
Hidden behind the Co-op and the chip shop
you could be forgiven for missing
what is fast becoming one of the first stops
for antique trade and interior designers to the town.
Once part of the 19th century Arundel Swallow Brewery
the large warehouse is the perfect quirky backdrop for their collection of
English and French decorative antique and vintage furniture.

A strong part of their collection is their own inimitable style of up cycling.
Victorian bamboo and chests of drawers,
together with vintage enamel buckets, tubs and pots,
all get the same attention to detail.
Painted black and gold and decorated with decoupage using
19th century images, the look has taken off over the past few years.
When they decorated the first chest of drawers in the style,
a NY antique dealer said she would give it a try.
Six months later she sent a copy of
Architectural Digest.
There, on the magazines glossy pages was the fish chest.
Since then their pieces have appeared in many UK interior magazines.
In 2016, Liberty London liked the couples collection
so much that they invited Arundel Eccentrics to take over their 4th floor.
They stayed 2 years.
Arundel Eccentrics
also have a big US antique trade and UK interior designer following.
